In this session, Rebecca Scott discusses why women are particularly at risk for becoming burned out, especially the most engaged, driven and dedicated among us. She answers the question “What causes burnout,” then describes proven techniques to not only prevent and recover from burnout, but to also continue your path toward personal and professional growth. Her unique combination of honesty and humor show that even through tough times, we can empower ourselves to not only regain, but to improve.
