IndyCREW’s DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Committee develops and promotes strategies and best practices to (i) actively recruit and retain women who are historically underrepresented in the commercial real estate industry and (ii) promote leadership and programming that are inclusive of all cultures, experiences and identities. The committee is composed of a member/liaison from every other IndyCREW committee in addition to members passionate about the mission.
