Member Levels/Qualifications (please read the descriptions and then check a category below):

Full Member: Any person engaged full-time for five (5) consecutive years in one of the qualified field of commercial real estate (see categories below). Full Members have full voting rights and are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors or to serve as an officer of IndyCREW. Dues - $350/year

Associate Member: Any person engaged full-time in a qualified field of commercial real estate (see categories below) with less than five (5) consecutive years of experience. Please note that Associate Members are ineligible to serve on the Board of Directors or as an officer of IndyCREW. Dues - $350/year

Affiliate/Vendor Member: Any person whose profession does not meet the requirements of Full and/or Associate Membership but whose primary professional responsibilities relate to, benefit, or support commercial real estate, or whose primary responsibility is selling a physical product related to commercial real estate, and whose admission would further the purposes of the association and benefit its members. Please note that Affiliate Members are non-voting members and ineligible to serve on the Board of Directors or as an officer of IndyCREW. Dues - $550/year

Golden Member: Any person who is no longer working in a full time capacity, but, who (i) for one (1) year prior to his/her application for Golden Membership, was a Full Member of IndyCREW and (ii) for five (5) consecutive years of experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate. Golden Members are non-voting members and ineligible to serve on the Board of Directors or as an officer of IndyCREW. Dues - $350/year

Student Member: Any person who is enrolled full time in an undergraduate college or university program pursuing education intended to lead to a career in a commercial real estate field; Student Members are non-voting and ineligible to serve on the Board of Directors. Dues - $150/year
