SUMMARY:  Provides accounting functions for the LHS portfolio.  Applicant should have experience with property management and real estate accounting software.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (B.A/B.S) from four year college or university
• 0 – 2 years experience
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• A highly motivated self-starter who works well independently
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
• Positive attitude and the ability to quickly respond to co-workers and clients
• Flexible outlook towards task management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
