    How often do members meet?

    We have a very active chapter with numerous events throughout the year. Our monthly luncheons are on the third Tuesday of every month and we try to rotate from the northside and downtown locations. In addition to the monthly luncheons, we host an annual golf outing in August and numerous networking events throughout the year.

    How much are monthly luncheons?

    Luncheons are $40 for members and $55 for non-members. Non-members can only attend 2 events per year.

    What type of networking events are offered?

    We offer evening social events and mixers for members. We also occasionally host breakfast meetings related to a professional development topic.

    How can I get involved on a committee?

    Joining a committee is the best way to get involved with IndyCREW! We have six active committees – Membership, Sponsorship, Events, Golf, Marketing/PR and CREW Connect. Committees typically meet monthly either in person on via conference call and are a great way to get connected to your fellow IndyCREW members. Please refer to the ABOUT page of this website for detailed information on each committee and contact information to get involved.

    Can men join IndyCREW?

    Yes! We encourage men to join IndyCREW – they have become some of our best advocates! Currently about 10% of our membership is male.

    Who is involved in IndyCREW?

    IndyCREW is unique in that we have members that represent nearly every discipline in commercial real estate including development, brokerage, property management, law, finance, architecture, interior design, title/escrow, asset management, engineering and every other expert required to make a deal happen.

    How many IndyCREW members are there?

    We currently have over 200 local members and over 8,000 members nationwide. As a member, you will have direct access to all of these members through the national CREWBiz website.

    Can I join if I am new to the industry?

    Yes. While Full Members must have at least 5 years of experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate, we offer Associate Membership for those with less experience. It is a great way to network with other women who are established in the field and are always willing to mentor new members.

    What are the costs for membership?

    Full and Associate Memberships are $350 for the year.
    Vendor/Affiliate Memberships are $1,000 for the year.
    Our memberships are individual-based, so each individual from your employer who wants to enjoy the benefits of membership must join individually.
